Anypin User Agreement
Article 1 –
Purpose
The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs
the use of www.anypin.net service
("Service"), to secure the rights and responsibility of the person
who buys, recharges, and uses the global cyber cash(“User”) provided by Anypin
Wide Corporations("Service Provider").
Article 2.
Agreement Clarification, Effects, Notifications and Revisions
Clause
1. Anypin Wide Inc. will put the contents of this Agreement, name of company and
representative, company address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address,
business registry number, on-line business report number, and the personal
information manager on the front page of Anypin’s Internet homepage (www.anypin.net 'Anypin Wide Homepage’).
However, the contents of the Agreement will be shown on a connecting window to
the Users.
Clause
2. This Agreement effectuation occurs by publicly announcing it on' Anypin Wide Homepage’
Clause 3. Anypin Wide Inc.
can change this Agreement if alteration cause occurs. The changed Agreement is
effective based on Clause 2, mentioned above.
Clause 4. Anypin Wide Inc. can amend this Agreement within the limits of online commercial
transactions consumer protection laws, laws concerning user agreement
regulations, online commercial transaction laws, electronic signature agreement
laws, laws concerning online network usage promotion, and consumer protection
laws

5. In cases Anypin Wide Inc. may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on
our site with the date of change and reason of change along with the existing
Agreement, 7 days before the change. All amended terms shall be effective 7
days after they are initially posted on the front page of Anypin Wide
Corporation’s homepage.
Article 3.
Exceptions in Terms of Agreement Conduct
With terms not
mentioned within the Agreement, it follows Korean related statutes, judicial
precedents and customary commercial law
Article 4. Definitions of Terms
Clause
1. Anypin is a global electronic currency issued by Anypin Wide Inc. It is a means of paying the fees using
both advanced payment and future payment to purchase products and services from
sites specified by Anypin Wide Inc., and also online network services provided by
cooperation companies.

2. Anypin costumers ('Users') are people who agreed to User Agreement on Anypin
Wide Inc.’s homepage
or Anypin Wide’s cooperation companies and provided personal information to
Anypin Wide Inc. in order to receive customer support.

3. 'Anypin Number' is a number enter when using Anypin. It is made up with a 8
digit PIN number and 4 digit CVS number.

4. 'Anypin purchaser' is a person who actually paid money to purchase Anypin

5. 'Anypin fee-charging sites' are participating sites, who are under contract
with Anypin
Wide Inc. that offer services to people who use Anypin as a payment
measure.

’Advertisment Usage Anypin’ is a number or card made for advertising Anypin. Anypin Wide Inc. can specify a different amount written or a different
expiration date from the general Anypin..
Article 5.
Purchase and Recharging
Clause
1. Users can purchase Anypin from Anypin Wide Inc.’s homepage
and from online and an offline distribution channels from around the world
specified by Anypin Wide Inc. Anypin Wide Inc. is not responsible for Anypins
that have been purchased in an unregistered place and in a improper way.
Clause
2. The primary purchase or recharge of Anypin can range from 10,000won
~100,000won. The amount is requested by the purchase change rate at that time
in the currency of the corresponding country. (But with certain countries which
fee costs are high in dealing with payment, the American fee rate will be used
to request the additional fee rate. Anypin currency rate, denomination and recharge
amount can be settled by Anypin Wide Inc. according
to User requests or business goals. .

3. Users can purchase and recharge Anypin with methods specified by Anypin Wide Inc. Users can use international credit cards, electronic transfers
provided by each country, account transfers, payment by cell phone, use of
points and certificates of cooperation companies, and payment from convenience
stores are available. However
you cannot buy Anypin with Anypin.

4. You can purchase Anypin from distribution channels in cash or in the method
the channel specifies as well as from Anypin Wide Inc. homepage.

5. You receive your 8 digit Anypin number immediately when you buy Anypin on Anypin Wide Inc. homepage. The 4 digit CVS code is sent to the User’s
e-mail that they entered in. In this case the User is responsible for the
circumstances that occur if they make errors in entering their e-mail address,
and phone number. Anypin Wide Inc. will contact
the User immediately to the phone number entered if the e-mail is returned.

6. The purchase procedure of Anypin from Anypin Wide Inc.’s homepage is like the following

Article 6. Contract
Conclusion or Non-Conclusion
Clause
1. Anypin
Wide Inc. cannot consent to purchase and recharging
of Anypin on Anypin Wide Inc. homepage, to customers
who correspond to the following.
1.
Falsities,
omissions, and errors in User’s application information.
2.
In cases when
giving purchase consent is a serious impediment in exercising business matters.
Clause
2. When the Anypin number process has been completed by purchasing or by
applying for a recharge, this will be taken as contract consent.
Article 7.
Service Use
Clause
1. Users can use all services offered by Anypin Wide Inc. that approve using Anypin. Online Internet payment and offline membership
site payment service, and various online services are available. Anypin Wide Inc. can issue Anypins that do not offer certain services
to our requirements.
Clause
2. The fee-charging Internet content sites that are available to use may change
to Anypin
Wide Inc. circumstances. The details will be posted
on the Anypin Wide Inc. homepage.
Clause
3. The phone call services offered by Anypin follow the agreement of each phone
company of each country.
Clause
4. Services other than phone services have certain restrictions (Adult
certification and member subscription) that apply to the corresponding user
agreement of that service. If there is no user agreement of that particular
service, there are separate additional rules that follow this Agreement.

5. Advertisement Usage Anypin users have all the rights of a costumer in this Agreement
when they recharge their Anypin at least once.
Article 8. Anypin
Present
Clause 1. You can give Anypin as a present to others.
Clause 2. Anypin Wide Inc. is not
responsible for an error in delivery if it is due to a wrong e-mail address you
wrote down to send Anypin as a present to another person. Anypin Wide Inc. will contact the purchaser by e-mail to inform them if
we fail to send Anypin to where they intended to because there was no such existing
address.
Article 9. Anypin
Number and CVS Code Management
Clause
1. Anypin number can be used for services that use Anypin immediately after
issue.
Clause
2. Users are in full charge of their Anypin number and CVS code. Anypin Wide Inc. is not held responsible for fraudulent use or other incidents that
happen due to the User’s carelessness. Anypin Wide Inc. must notice these matters so that the Users are fully aware
with the circumstances.
Article 10.
Anypin Remainder Balance Transfer
Clause
1. If there is a plural number of Anypins purchased from Anypin Wide Inc. homepage, you are able to total the amount in each
together..
Clause
2. Advertisement Usage Anypin and the general Anypin purchased from Anypin Wide Inc. specified markets may not be able to add up together
in accordance to different issues. But you can total the amount after recharging.
Clause
3. The total of the remainder balance and Anypin balance cannot exceed 1,000,000
won.
Article 11.
Suspension and Termination of Services
Clause
1. Anypin may be temporarily unavailable if natural calamities or uncontrollable
reasons occur.

2. Anypin
Wide Inc. can voluntarily terminate a User’s Anypin
if the User violates the details on the Agreement. In this case Anypin Wide Inc. may not refund the amount left in the balance
according to how much damage the loss cost.

3. Anypin
Wide Inc. will inform the Users in temporary service interruptions
due to the repair, inspection, defect or cut off in communication of the
computers and Internet facilities.
Clause
4. Anypin
Wide Inc. compensates for the loss of Users and the
third party that happens according to clause 1. However this is only in the
case when proven that the accident was intentional by Anypin Wide Inc.
Article 12. Anypin
Purchase Canceling, Refund, and Remaining Balance Restoration
Clause
1. The Anypin received after the User’s payment is refundable within 7 days of
purchase or recharge (The amount that was paid will be refunded).
Clause
2. If the User wishes for a refund 7 days after purchase or recharge they must corresponded
to the following. They must have used more than 60% of the denomination and request
by the process stated on the Anypin Wide Inc. homepage.
Clause
3. Clause 1 and 2 are applied to purchasing and recharging, not to returning
the remaining balance.
Clause
4. Canceling, refund, return of remaining balance in clause 1 and 2, is carried
out by electronic transfers to the account the User specified. The various fees
that occur during this process are the User’s responsibility.

5. Clause 4’s various fees refer to termination fees and electronic transfer
fees and other fees that occur when refunding remaining balances. International
transfer fees are also within this definition.

6. Anypin
Wide Inc. can demand confirmation data from the User
to confirm that the user is who they claim to be when they want to refund their
remaining balance by bank remitting or some other means.
Clause
7. If you purchased Anypin from a contract company of Anypin Wide Inc. and asked for a refund for no particular reason Anypin
Wide Inc. is able to refund your requests. When you
purchase Anypin from a distribution channel other than Anypin Wide Inc. homepage, the refund responsibility is held by the
corresponding channel.

8. Expired Anypins and freely distributed Advertisement Usage Anypins cannot be
refunded. Only when your Advertisement Usage Anypin is recharged or when your
Anypin is not able to be used because of Anypin Wide Inc. faults, the money you paid to recharge your Anypin
will be refunded.
Clause
9. When you have been unable to use a certain site’s service due to the site’s
problems when you used Anypin to purchase it, you will be refunded by the
agreement of the site you were using, into your Anypin balance.
Article 13.
Expiration
Clause
1. Anypin expirations lasts for a year form your purchase date. Recharging automatically
extends the date for another year.

2. Advertisement Usage Anypin expiration dates can be specified by Anypin Wide Inc. When recharging, the date extended according to
Article 1.
Clause 3. Expired Anypin cannot be used and cannot be
refunded.
Article 14.
Privacy Policy
Clause
1. Anypin
Wide Inc. strictly limits information that may have
probability to encroach human rights., like 'ethnicity or race’, 'hometown or place of register’.
Anypin only collects the minimal amount of information for a purchasing
contract, the following are the information mandatory. The others are
alternatives.

2. Anypin
Wide Inc. must have the consent of the Users when
they collecting information that enable them to identify each individual.

3. Personal information provided by the Users cannot be used for other purposes
or given to a third party without the User’s consent. In cases like this Anypin Wide Inc. will carry out the responsibilities excluding the articles
below.
1. Information given to the sending services - Limited
information about the User (Name, Address, Phone number) needed for posting
2. When used for statistical works, scientific purposes
or for market research, the information is used in a form where it is
impossible to identify an individual.
3. When used for Anypin Wide Inc. advertisement or to inform users with new services.
Clause
4. In
cases when Anypin Wide Inc. needs the User’s consent
according to cluse2 and 3, the User must be informed or notified of the
following according to the law concerning online network usage promotion Article17 Clause3. About
the personal
information manager(Position, name and phone number, other means of contact), purpose
of collecting information and purpose of use, and information of the third
party who receive the information (receiver, purpose of use and information
offered). The User can withdraw their consent whenever they want.

5. Users can always demand to see and change errors in their personal
information Anypin Wide Inc. possesses. Anypin
Wide Inc. has the responsibility to respond to these
demands without delay. Anypin Wide Inc. does
not use the personal information until they have fixed the errors.
Clause
6. Anypin
Wide Inc. minimizes the number of managers in order
to protect personal information. We bear the responsibility of the User’s loss
due to credit cards, bank accounts as well as loss, robbery, leaks, forgery of personal
information.

7. Anypin
Wide Inc. and the third party who received the User’s
personal information, must destroy the information once they have used it for
the proper purpose or data collecting.
Article 15.
Anypin Wide Corporation‘s Obligation
Clause
1. Anypin
Wide Inc. must do it’s best to make sure the Users
can use Anypin stably and convieintly.
Clause
2. Anypin
Wide Inc. puts personal credit information security
of the Users as the number one priority. We do our best to stabilize our
security technology.
We also do not collect User’s information without the consent of the User. If Anypin Wide Inc. violates the laws of consumer protection concerning online commercial transactions consumer
protection laws by using the information not corresponding to the admission
purposes or gives out information to a third party, Anypin Wide Inc. will bear the responsibility of being responsible for
the User’s damage.

3. Anypin
Wide Inc. cooperates actively with consumer
organizations such as the Consumer. Protection Board to protect the rights of
the Users and for various matters in business affairs

4. Anypin
Wide Inc. must provide just and healthy services and
strive to offer the best service.

5. Anypin
Wide Inc. must indicate purchase measures, refunds,
things to be cautious of, manager, and User Agreement ; essential information
that the User should know, on the front page of Anypin Wide Inc. homepage.
Clause
6. According to online commercial
transactions consumer protection law Article 6, the commercial transaction records
must be in custody for 5 years after the User demands a retraction of their
personal information from Anypin Wide Inc. and the consumer must be able to inspect
the records.

7. Anypin
Wide Inc. does not send advertisement e-mail of
commercial means without the consent of the User
Article 16.
Obligations on User’s PIN Number and CVS Code
Clause 1. Users are responsible for managing their
PIN number and CVS code.
Clause
2. If the user is robbed of their PIN number and CVS code, or in cases they
find out a third person is using it, contact Anypin Wide Inc. as soon as possible and follow the directions given by
Anypin Wide Inc.
Article 17. User
Restrictive Activities
Users must not do
the following while using Anypin on Anypin Wide Corporation’s homepage.

Copyrigt infrigment and violation
of property rights of Anypin Wide Inc.

Infringement on any third party's copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights or rights of publicity
or privacy. To libelslander or disturb business operations of Anypin Wide Inc and any third part is also prohibited.
6.
To upload or
post violent video or sound clips or any obscene information on Anypin Wide Inc.’s homepage.
7.
Etcetera –
Any actions that Anypin Wide Inc judges as
inappropriate
Article 18.
Copyright Possessions and Usage Restrictions
Clause 1. Copyright of anything Anypin Wide Inc. wrote belongs to Anypin Wide Inc.
Clause
2. Users must not copy, send, publish, distribute, broadcast, use as profitable
means, or make a third party use the information the Users obtained from Anypin Wide Inc. homepage
Clause
3. Anypin
Wide Inc. must report to the User if they use
anything that the copyright in possession of the User according to the
Agreement.
Article 19
Etcetera
Disputes caused by subjects not covered or different
interpretations of the Agreement should be settled by the User and Anypin Wide Inc. If an agreement is not achieved the dispute will
follow the related legal laws and legal customs. International disputes follow the Korean law.
